Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the AquaSonic Icon Water Flosser. Connect the provided USB charge cord to the charging port located at the bottom of the device. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours and provides a long-lasting battery life.
2. Attaching the Jet Tip
Insert the jet tip into the opening at the top of the flosser handle until it clicks securely into place. The tip is rotatable for easy access to all areas of the mouth.
3. Filling the Water Tank
Open the easy-access tank door located at the bottom of the device. Fill the removable tank with lukewarm water. For an enhanced cleaning experience, you may add a small amount of mouthwash to the water. Close the tank door securely.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On and Selecting Mode
Press the On/Off button to power on the device. Use the Mode button to cycle through the 3 flossing modes: Normal (standard cleaning), Soft (gentle mode for sensitive teeth and gums), and Pulse (massages gums). Select the mode that best suits your comfort and cleaning needs.

2. Flossing Technique
Lean over a sink and place the jet tip into your mouth. Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink. Point the tip towards your gumline at a 90-degree angle. Move the tip slowly along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Ensure the water jet cleans both the outside and inside surfaces of your teeth.

3. Post-Flossing
After flossing, turn off the device. Empty any remaining water from the tank and rinse it thoroughly. It is recommended to leave the tank open to air dry to prevent moisture buildup.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your AquaSonic Icon Water Flosser, follow these cleaning and maintenance steps:
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, empty the water tank and rinse it with clean water. Leave the tank door open to allow it to air dry completely.
- Tip Cleaning: Remove the jet tip and rinse it under running water. Replace tips every 3-6 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
