Operating the Controller
Basic Controls
The SCUF ENVISION PRO features standard controller inputs including dual analog sticks, a D-pad, face buttons (A, B, X, Y), shoulder buttons (LB, RB), and triggers (LT, RT).
Remappable G-Keys
The controller includes five programmable G-Keys (G1-G5) located below the analog sticks. These keys can be assigned various functions using the iCUE software to enhance gameplay.

Remappable Back Paddles
Four remappable paddles (P1-P4) are located on the rear of the controller. These paddles can be configured via iCUE to replicate any standard button input, allowing for quick access to commands without removing your thumbs from the analog sticks.

Instant Triggers
The Instant Triggers feature allows for a reduced travel distance on the LT and RT buttons, providing a faster response similar to a mouse click. This can be activated or deactivated using the trigger stops on the underside of the controller.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the controller, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the controller's finish and internal components.
Battery Care
For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the controller frequently. Charge the controller when the battery indicator is low. If storing the controller for an extended period, ensure it has a partial charge (around 50%) to prevent battery degradation.
Troubleshooting
Controller Not Connecting/Responding
- Check Cable/Dongle: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected or the wireless dongle is properly inserted into a working USB port.
- Power Cycle: Turn the controller off and then on again.
- Restart PC: A PC restart can resolve connectivity issues.
- Driver/Software: Ensure iCUE software is installed and updated. Check for any pending driver updates for the controller in your PC's Device Manager.

- Recalibration: Use the iCUE software to recalibrate the analog sticks.
- Dead Zone Adjustment: Increase the dead zone setting for the affected stick within your game's settings or the iCUE software.
- Cleaning: Gently clean around the base of the analog sticks with compressed air to remove any dust or debris.
Software Issues / Glitches
- Update iCUE: Ensure your iCUE software is updated to the latest version.
