3. Setup
3.1 Initial Power On and Configuration
- Press and hold the power button located on the side of the tablet until the Xiaomi logo appears.

The display supports 12-bit color depth (68.7 billion colors) and Dolby Vision, with a 1500:1 contrast ratio. It is TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) Certified, Flicker Free Certified, and Circadian Friendly Certified, and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

4.2 Performance
The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon® 7s Gen 2 Mobile Platform, built on a 4nm process technology. It features an Octa-core CPU up to 2.4GHz and a Qualcomm Adreno GPU. It comes with LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2 storage, supporting up to 1.5TB Micro SD card expansion (Micro SD card not included).
4.3 Software and User Interface
The Redmi Pad Pro runs on Xiaomi HyperOS, based on Android 14. HyperOS offers seamless integration for effortless content sharing, swift photo transfers, and collaboration across devices. It includes features like Home screen+, Cross-device collaboration, Network sync, and Xiaomi Smart Hub.

The tablet features an 8MP rear camera with a 1/4" sensor, f/2 aperture, and 1.12µm pixel size. It supports video recording at 1080p (1920x1080) at 30fps and 720p (1280x720) at 30fps. The 8MP front camera also has a 1/4" sensor, f/2.28 aperture, and 1.12µm pixel size, supporting 1080p and 720p video recording at 30fps.
