4. Setup and Assembly

The fullstar chopper is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps to set up your chopper:

1. Unpack all components and ensure all parts listed in Section 3 are present.
2. Place the clear collection container on a stable, flat surface.
3. Select the desired blade insert for your task (e.g., Large Dicer, Small Dicer, Mandoline).
4. Carefully align the chosen blade insert with the grooves on the top frame of the collection container and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely seated.
5. For chopping, attach the top lid with the pushing grid onto the blade insert.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Chopper/Slicer

1. Assemble the chopper with the desired blade insert as described in Section 4.
2. Prepare your vegetables or fruits by cutting them into pieces that fit comfortably on the blade surface. For best results, ensure produce is firm.
3. Place the food item onto the blade surface.
4. Place the fingerguard over the food item, if applicable, or use the protective glove.
5. For chopping blades (Large/Small Dicer): Align the top lid with the food item and press down firmly and quickly. The chopped pieces will fall into the collection container below.
6. For slicing/grating blades (Mandoline/Grater/Julienne): Hold the food item with the fingerguard and slide it across the blade in a controlled motion.

5.2 Using the Handheld Spiralizer

The bonus 3-in-1 adjustable spiralizer allows you to create various vegetable noodle shapes.

1. Select a firm, cylindrical vegetable such as zucchini, cucumber, or carrot.
2. Insert one end of the vegetable into the spiralizer opening.
3. Twist the vegetable while applying gentle pressure towards the blade. The spiralized noodles will emerge from the other end.
4. Adjust the spiralizer settings to achieve Ribbon Cut, Julienne Medium, or Julienne Thin noodles.
