1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing USX MOUNT Concrete Wall Anchors. These durable plastic anchors are designed to provide secure fastening for TV wall mounts and other fixtures on concrete or brick walls. This manual provides essential information for safe and effective installation and use.
2. Safety Information
- Always wear appropriate safety gear, including eye protection, when drilling or hammering.
- Ensure the wall material is suitable for these anchors (concrete or brick). Do not use on drywall, stucco, or plaster.
- Verify there are no hidden electrical wires, water pipes, or gas lines in the drilling path.
- Use a drill bit of the correct diameter for the anchors to ensure a snug fit.
- Do not overtighten screws, as this may damage the anchor or the wall.
3. Product Components

4. Installation Guide
Follow these steps for proper installation of the concrete wall anchors:
- Prepare the Wall: Identify the desired location for your TV mount or fixture on a concrete or brick wall. Mark the drilling points accurately.
- Drill the Holes: Using a drill bit appropriate for a 10mm (3/8 inch) diameter anchor, drill holes to a depth of at least 50mm (2 inches). Ensure the holes are clean of debris.
- Insert the Anchor: Gently hammer the concrete anchor into the pre-drilled hole until it is flush with the wall surface.
- Secure the Fixture: Align your TV mount or fixture with the installed anchors. Insert a suitable lag bolt (not included) through the fixture and into the anchor.
- Tighten the Bolt: Use a socket wrench or appropriate tool to screw in the lag bolt. As the bolt is driven into the anchor, the anchor will expand in two directions, creating a secure and stable hold within the wall.

4.1 Wall Compatibility
These anchors are specifically designed for use with solid concrete and brick walls. They are not suitable for hollow walls or materials such as drywall, stucco, or plaster, as they will not provide adequate holding power.

Ensure your wall is concrete or brick for proper anchor function. Do not use on drywall.
5. Usage and Application
USX MOUNT concrete anchors are ideal for securely mounting various items to concrete or brick surfaces, including:
- TV wall mounts
- Shelving units
- Cabinets
- Heavy picture frames
- Other fixtures requiring strong wall attachment
The two-way expansion design of these anchors ensures increased holding power, providing stability and peace of mind for your installations.
6. Maintenance
These plastic anchors require minimal maintenance once installed. Periodically check the tightness of the lag bolts, especially for heavy-duty applications, to ensure continued security. If an anchor becomes loose or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Anchor does not fit into the hole. | Hole is too small or filled with debris. | Ensure the drill bit matches the anchor's diameter (10mm/3/8"). Clean the hole thoroughly before insertion. |
| Anchor feels loose after installation. | Hole is too large, or wall material is unsuitable. | Verify wall is concrete or brick. If the hole is too large, relocate the anchor or use a larger anchor if appropriate for the application. Do not use on drywall. |
| Lag bolt does not tighten. | Anchor is stripped or damaged, or bolt is incorrect size. | Remove the anchor and replace it with a new one. Ensure the lag bolt's diameter is compatible with the anchor. |
