Setup
Initial Charging:

Attaching Massage Heads:
The M7 Plus comes with various interchangeable massage heads. To attach a head, align it with the massage gun's shaft and gently push and twist until it is securely in place. To remove, twist and pull the head off.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment:
- To power on, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds. The device will start at the lowest speed setting.
- To adjust speed, short press the power button. There are five adjustable speeds (2000-3000 RPM).
- To power off, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds.
