3.1. Handsfree 1 Power Station
The Handsfree 1 Power Station is an ultra-slim, portable unit designed to integrate seamlessly with the Bluepack 1 backpack. It features multiple output ports and a clear display for monitoring.

4. Setup
4.1. Inserting the Power Station into the Backpack
- Locate the dedicated power station compartment at the back of the Bluepack 1 backpack.
- Carefully slide the BLUETTI Handsfree 1 Power Station into this compartment. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Close the compartment zipper. The backpack is designed with side openings that allow access to the power station's ports without removing it.

4.2. Adjusting Backpack Straps
Adjust the load-bearing straps, shoulder straps, chest strap, and waist belts to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Proper adjustment helps distribute weight evenly and reduces strain during prolonged use.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On/Off
Press the power button on the side of the Handsfree 1 Power Station to turn the unit on or off. The display will illuminate, showing the battery status and output information.
5.2. Charging the Handsfree 1 Power Station
- AC Charging: Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port on the side of the power station and plug it into a wall outlet. Full charge in about 1.5 hours.
- Solar Charging: Connect a compatible solar panel (optional, up to 200W) to the DC/PV input port using the solar charging cable. Fully charges in 2.7 hours (120W) or 6 hours (60W). The system automatically pauses and resumes charging for optimal energy efficiency.
- Car Charging: Connect to your vehicle's 12V or 24V outlet using a compatible car charging cable (not included). Charging time: 12V (2.8-3.5 hours), 24V (1.4-2 hours).
- Generator Charging: Connect to a generator using the AC charging cable. Full charge in about 1.5 hours.

5.3. Powering External Devices
Access the power station's ports through the side opening of the backpack. Connect your devices to the appropriate ports:
- USB-C Ports: For fast charging compatible smartphones, tablets, and laptops (up to 100W per port).
- USB-A Ports: For charging various USB-powered devices (up to 15W per port).
- AC Outlet: For devices requiring 120V AC power (up to 300W).

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the power station and backpack with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, fully charge the power station at least once every 3-6 months if not in regular use. The AI-BMS Battery System intelligently monitors temperature to prevent overheating.
- Water Resistance: The backpack is IPX4 splash-resistant. Avoid submerging the backpack or exposing it to heavy rain for extended periods. Ensure all zippers are properly closed.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging: Ensure the power station is turned on and has sufficient charge. Check all cable connections. Verify the device's power requirements do not exceed the port's output limit.
- Power station not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power station and the power source. Verify the power source is active. For solar charging, ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight.
- Overheating: If the power station feels excessively hot, disconnect all devices and allow it to cool down in a well-ventilated area. The louver window design aids in heat dissipation.
