1. Introduction

5. Setup

5.1 Connecting Speakers

Connect your passive speakers to the speaker output terminals on the rear panel of the amplifier. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative) for each channel (Left and Right). The amplifier supports speakers with an impedance of 4-16 ohms.

5.2 Connecting Audio Sources

The BT-298 Pro offers multiple input options:

• RCA Input: Use an RCA audio cable to connect devices like CD players, DVD players, TVs, or PCs to the "AUDIO INPUT" RCA ports on the rear panel.
• USB/SD/TF Card: Insert a USB drive or SD/TF card into the respective slots on the front panel for direct media playback.
• Microphone Input: Connect dynamic microphones to the MIC1 or MIC2 ports on the front panel.

5.3 Power Connection

Connect the provided 12V 5A DC power supply to the "DC 12V/5A" input on the rear panel. For AC power, connect the power cable to the AC 110V/220V input. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting power.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Flip the power switch on the rear panel to the "ON" position to power on the amplifier. The digital display on the front panel will illuminate. To power off, flip the switch to "OFF".

6.2 Input Mode Selection

Press the "MODE" button on the front panel or the remote control to cycle through available input modes: Bluetooth (BLUE), AUX/RCA (LINE), USB, and SD/TF card.

6.3 Bluetooth Operation

1. Switch the amplifier to "BLUE" mode using the MODE button. The display will show "BLUE".
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for "BT-298 Pro".
3. Select "BT-298 Pro" to pair. Once paired, the amplifier will indicate a successful connection.
4. Begin playing audio from your device.

Note: Maintain a distance within 16.4ft (5m) between the device and amplifier for optimal Bluetooth connection without obstructions. For TV or PC connections, keep the distance within 6.5ft (2m).

6.4 USB/SD/TF Card Playback

Insert a USB drive or SD/TF card containing audio files into the corresponding slot. The amplifier will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback. Use the playback controls (Previous, Play/Pause, Next) on the front panel or remote.

6.5 Microphone Usage (Karaoke)

Connect up to two dynamic microphones to the MIC1 and MIC2 ports. Adjust the "MIC VOL" knob to control microphone volume and the "ECHO" knob for echo effect. This feature is ideal for karaoke or announcements.

6.6 Audio Adjustment
