Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Goplus Rolling Welding Table. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Check against the package contents list to ensure all items are present.

- Install Bottom Shelf: Connect the bottom shelf to the lower sections of the vertical support legs. Ensure the raised edge of the bottom shelf is facing upwards to prevent tools from falling. Secure with screws and hardware, but do not fully tighten.
- Attach Tool Rack and Tray: Mount the tool rack and tool tray to the side of the table as shown in the product images. Use the appropriate screws and hardware.
- Install Wheels: Attach the four universal wheels to the bottom of the vertical support legs. Ensure all wheels are securely fastened.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the tabletop and other surfaces with a damp cloth to remove dust, debris, and welding spatter. For stubborn grime, use a mild cleaner suitable for metal surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the electroplating.
- Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose hardware to maintain the table's stability and structural integrity.
- Wheel Inspection: Check the wheels for any signs of wear or damage. Keep the wheel casters free of debris to ensure smooth rotation and effective locking.
- Rust Prevention: While the table is made of metal, prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to rust. Keep the table dry and consider applying a rust-inhibiting spray if operating in a humid environment.
Troubleshooting
- Table is Unstable/Wobbly:
- Ensure all assembly screws and bolts are fully tightened.
- Verify that the table is placed on a level surface.
- Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly:
- Check for debris (e.g., metal shavings, dust) caught in the wheel casters and remove them.
- Ensure the wheels are in the "Unlock" position.
- Wheels Not Locking:
- Confirm that the locking levers are fully engaged in the "Lock" position.
- Inspect the locking mechanism for any obstructions or damage.
