2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

- Position: Place the assembled juicer on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Connect: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120V AC).

5. Operating Instructions
The SMEG CJF11 features one-touch automatic juicing for ease of use.
- Prepare Fruit: Cut citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits) in half.
- Position Glass: Ensure the anti-drip spout is in the down position and place a glass or container beneath it to collect the juice.
- Juice: Place a citrus half onto the reamer and gently press down. The motor will automatically activate.
- Release: Once juicing is complete, lift the fruit from the reamer. The motor will automatically stop.
- Serve: The fresh juice will flow directly into your glass. To stop the flow, simply flip the anti-drip spout upwards.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your juicer.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Removable Parts: The reamer, cover, filter (strainer), and juice collector (juicing bowl) can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Alternatively, wash them by hand in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
- Storage: Thoroughly dry all components before reassembling. Use the dome lid to cover the juicer when not in use to protect it from dust.
