4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Resistance Adjustment
The machine's resistance is adjustable from 0-90 lbs. To adjust resistance, attach your own dumbbells or barbells to the heavy-duty steel hooks provided on the machine. The weight of the attached dumbbells/barbells will determine the resistance level.

4.2 Rowing Machine Mode
To use the rowing machine mode, ensure the pulley position is set for rowing. Sit on the padded seat, place your feet on the footrests, and grasp the handle. Perform rowing motions by extending your legs and leaning back, pulling the handle towards your abdomen. Control the return motion smoothly.
4.3 LAT Pull Down Machine Mode
To switch to the LAT pull-down machine mode, adjust the pulley position as required. The package includes an additional 39.4" long pull-down machine attachment for varied grip training. Sit on the seat facing the tower, grasp the pull-down bar with an appropriate grip (wide or narrow), and pull the bar down towards your upper chest, engaging your back muscles. Slowly release the bar back to the starting position.
