4. Setup Guide

4.1 Assembling the TV Stand

  1. Carefully place the TV screen-down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
  2. Align each TV stand leg with the corresponding slots on the bottom of the TV.
  3. Secure each leg with the provided screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.
  4. Carefully lift the TV and place it on a stable, level surface.

4.2 Connecting Your Devices

Connect external devices such as cable boxes, gaming consoles, or Blu-ray players to the available ports on the back of your Fire TV.

  2. Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the Alexa Voice Remote Enhanced.
  3. Press the power button on the remote or TV.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, connect to your Wi-Fi network (or confirm Ethernet connection), and sign in with your Amazon account.

4.4 Connecting the Fire TV Soundbar

The Fire TV Soundbar is designed for easy integration with your Fire TV.

  1. Connect one end of the included HDMI cable to the HDMI eARC/ARC port on your Fire TV.
  2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI eARC/ARC port on the Fire TV Soundbar.
  3. Plug the Soundbar's power cord into a wall outlet.
  4. Your Fire TV should automatically detect the Soundbar and route audio through it. If not, navigate to Settings > Display & Sound > Audio Output on your Fire TV to select the Soundbar.

Problem Solution
No power / TV won't turn on Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and a working wall outlet. Try a different outlet. Check if the power indicator light on the TV is on.
No picture / Black screen Verify the correct input source is selected (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2). Check all HDMI cable connections. Restart connected devices.
No sound from TV or Soundbar Check volume levels on both the TV and Soundbar. Ensure the TV is not muted. Verify the HDMI eARC/ARC connection for the Soundbar. Check audio output settings on the Fire TV.
Remote not responding Replace the AAA batteries in the remote. Re-pair the remote by holding the Home button for 10 seconds near the TV. Ensure no obstructions between the remote and TV.
Wi-Fi connection issues Restart your router and modem. Go to Fire TV Settings > Network and try reconnecting. Ensure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Move the TV closer to the router if possible.
Apps not loading or crashing Restart the Fire TV (Settings > My Fire TV > Restart). Clear cache for the problematic app (Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications). Ensure sufficient storage space.
