Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the LED indicator on the earbuds will light up to confirm charging.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included).
- The LED display on the charging case will show the battery percentage. A full charge typically takes about 1.5 hours for the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when removed from the charging case.
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select "X13 Earbuds" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds' indicator lights will turn off or flash slowly.
- If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and repeat the process.
3. Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and secure fit, choose the correct eartip size and adjust the ear hooks.
- Try the different sizes of silicone eartips (S/M/L) to find the most comfortable and secure fit that seals your ear canal.
- Place the earbud into your ear and gently rotate it until it fits snugly.
- Adjust the flexible ear hook over your ear to secure the earbud in place, especially during physical activity.
