1. Introduction

This lightweight and foldable electric kick scooter is designed for children aged 6-12, featuring a powerful motor, colorful LED lights, and a maximum speed of 11 MPH, offering up to 80 minutes of riding time.
2. Safety Information
General Safety Guidelines:
- Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear (knee pads, elbow pads) when riding.
- Ensure all screws and quick releases are securely fastened before each ride.
- Do not ride in wet conditions, on uneven surfaces, or in heavy traffic.
- Adult supervision is recommended for young riders.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 154 pounds.
- Keep fingers and other body parts away from moving parts.
- The scooter is UL 2272 certified. Only charge with the original charger to prevent damage to the battery and electronic components.
Braking:

5. Assembly & Setup
The EMOKO Kids Electric Scooter comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final setup:
- Unfold the Scooter: Carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into the upright position. Ensure the folding mechanism is securely latched.
- Attach Handlebars: Insert the handlebar into the stem and ensure it clicks into place. Tighten any securing clamps or screws using the provided assembly tool.

6. Operating Instructions
Starting the Scooter:
- Power On: Press the power button on the handlebar display to turn on the scooter. The display will light up.
- Kick Start: Place one foot on the deck and use the other foot to push off the ground to gain some initial momentum.
- Engage Throttle: Once moving, gently press the throttle lever on the right handlebar to engage the motor. Increase pressure on the throttle for more speed.
Riding:
- Maintain a balanced stance with both feet on the deck.
- Steer by gently leaning and turning the handlebars.
- Be aware of your surroundings and potential obstacles.
Braking:
- To slow down or stop, release the throttle and gently squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar.
- For emergency stops, apply both front and rear brakes simultaneously and firmly.
Turning Off:
- Press and hold the power button until the display turns off.
7. Charging
To ensure optimal battery life and performance, follow these charging instructions:
- Locate the charging port on the scooter.
- Ensure the scooter is turned off before charging.
- Connect the charger to the charging port, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light on the charger will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Charging time is approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
- Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger once the battery is full.
- Only use the original charger provided with the scooter.
8. Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Wipe the scooter with a damp cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.
Storage:
- Store the scooter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50-70% every 30-60 days to maintain battery health.

Tires:
