3. Setup
3.1. Mounting
The Strip Drive light comes with a versatile silicone rubber strap for secure attachment to your bicycle's seatpost. It is compatible with both aero and round seatposts.
- Position the light on your seatpost with the LEDs facing backward.
- Wrap the silicone strap around the seatpost and hook it onto the designated tab on the light body. Ensure a snug fit to prevent movement during rides.

3.2. Charging
The Strip Drive light is equipped with a Micro USB port for convenient recharging. A Micro USB cable is included with your purchase.
- Locate the Micro USB port on the light, typically covered by a rubber flap to protect against water and dust.
- Gently open the rubber flap.
- Connect the Micro USB cable to the light's port and the other end to a powered USB source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The battery indicator LED will show charging status (refer to Section 4.3 for details).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber flap to maintain IPX7 waterproofing.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Power On/Off
- To turn the light ON, press and hold the power button located on the top of the light for approximately 2 seconds.
- To turn the light OFF, press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds.
4.2. Mode Selection
Once the light is on, short press the power button to cycle through the 11 available light modes. The light will remember the last selected mode when turned off and on again.

4.3. Battery Indicator
The integrated LED indicator provides a general idea of the battery charge level:
- Green Light: 100-75% charged
- Green and Red Light: 75-25% charged
- Red Light: 25-0% charged (recharge soon)
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the light with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Charging: For optimal battery life, charge the light regularly, especially after long rides or when the battery indicator shows low charge. Do not store the light with a completely depleted battery for extended periods.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Waterproofing: Ensure the Micro USB port's rubber flap is securely closed at all times when not charging to maintain its IPX7 water resistance.
6. Troubleshooting
- Light not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a USB power source and check the charging indicator.
- Light not charging: Verify the USB cable is properly connected to both the light and the power source. Try a different USB cable or power source. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
- Light not staying securely mounted: Re-adjust the silicone strap for a tighter fit around the seatpost. Ensure the strap is correctly hooked.
- Reduced runtime: Battery capacity may decrease over time with repeated charging cycles. Ensure the light is fully charged before each use.
