4. Setup Instructions

  2. Mount Microphones: Attach the shock mounts to the microphone stands. Carefully place the BM-800 condenser microphones into the shock mounts.
  3. Attach Pop Filters and Foam Caps: Install the double-layer pop filters in front of the microphones and place the anti-wind foam caps over the microphone heads.
  4. Connect Microphones to Mixer: Use the provided XLR to 3.5mm cables to connect each BM-800 microphone to the "Condenser mic 1 IN" and "Condenser mic 2 IN" ports on the ALPOWL mixer.
  5. Connect Headphones/Speakers: Plug your earphones into the "Headset IN/OUT" port or "Monitor OUT" port on the mixer.
  6. Connect to Device (PC/Smartphone):
    • For PC/Laptop: Connect the mixer to your computer using the USB-C to USB-A data cable. The mixer will be recognized as an audio device.
    • For Smartphone/Tablet: Use the 3.5mm audio cables to connect the "LIVE1 IN/OUT" or "LIVE2 IN/OUT" ports on the mixer to your smartphone's headphone jack (an adapter may be required for phones without a 3.5mm jack).
  7. Connect Accompaniment (Optional): If using external accompaniment, connect your device to the "Accompany IN" port using a 3.5mm audio cable.
  8. Power On: Connect the USB power cable to the mixer and a power source. Press the power button on the mixer.
