3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a compatible power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). A full charge typically takes less than 2 hours.

3.2 Powering On/Off
To power on the watch, long press the function button located on the side. To power off, navigate to the settings menu and select the power off option.
3.3 Optional App Connection
The BIGGERFIVE Smart Watch can be used independently without a smartphone application. However, for enhanced features such as 100+ watch faces, parental controls for games, message/call reminders, and permanent data storage, you can download the BIGGERFIVE app. Scan the QR code on the product packaging or in the manual to download the app. Compatible with Android 6.0+ and iOS 9.0+ smartphones.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Navigating the Touch Screen
The watch features a 1.8" HD touch screen. Swipe left/right or up/down to navigate through different menus and functions. Tap on icons to select options.
4.2 Activity Tracking
The watch automatically tracks daily activities including steps, distance, and calories burned. It supports 80 sports modes such as walking, running, cycling, and basketball. Access the 'Activity' or 'Workout' menu to view your progress and select specific sports modes.

4.3 Health Monitoring
The smartwatch monitors real-time heart rate and tracks sleep patterns. Wear the watch during sleep to monitor sleep quality. Access the 'Heart Rate' and 'Sleep' menus to view your health data.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe the watch and band regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device.
5.2 Water Resistance
The smartwatch is IP68 waterproof, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It is suitable for swimming and water activities, but avoid hot water, saunas, or diving.

5.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures. Charge the watch fully before long periods of inactivity. The battery is a 300 Milliamp Hour Lithium Ion battery.

- Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Long press the function button to power on.
- Screen unresponsive: Try restarting the watch by long pressing the function button. If unresponsive, allow the battery to drain completely and then recharge.
