Setup
- Unboxing and Initial Charge: Carefully remove the scale from its packaging. The scale is rechargeable via a USB-C cable (included). Ensure the scale is sufficiently charged before first use.
- App Download: Download the "Renpho Health" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This product is compatible with the Renpho Health App, not the standard Renpho App. Scan this QR code to download the app.
- Placement: Place the scale on a flat, hard surface for accurate readings. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
- Pairing:
- Bluetooth Connection: Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the Renpho Health App and step onto the scale with bare, dry feet. Tap "Connect" when prompted in the app.
- Wi-Fi Connection: After initial Bluetooth setup, the app will guide you through connecting to Wi-Fi. Once connected, data will auto-sync to the app even without your phone nearby.
- Calibration: Calibrate the scale before each use to ensure accuracy. Step on the scale briefly to turn it on, then step off and wait for it to display "0.0" before weighing.
