Setup

1. Battery Installation

Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
Open the battery compartment cover.
Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless Mode

Take out the USB receiver from its storage slot on the bottom of the mouse.
Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
Slide the connectivity mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 2.4GHz position (usually indicated by a USB dongle icon).
Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. The mouse will be ready for use.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth Mode

Slide the connectivity mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the Bluetooth position (usually indicated by a Bluetooth icon).
The mouse will enter pairing mode, and an indicator light (if present) may flash.
On your computer or device, open Bluetooth settings.
Search for new devices. The mouse should appear as "Everest SM-BT09" or similar.
Select the mouse to pair. Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing, and the mouse will be ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Basic Functions: Use the left and right click buttons for primary and secondary actions. The scroll wheel allows for vertical navigation.
DPI Adjustment: Press the DPI button (located behind the scroll wheel) to cycle through different cursor speeds. This allows you to adjust the mouse sensitivity to your preference.
Side Buttons: The two side buttons typically function as 'Forward' and 'Backward' in web browsers and file explorers, enhancing navigation efficiency.

Troubleshooting
