Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks. Move the camera closer to your router during initial setup.
- Poor solar charging: Verify the solar panel is positioned in direct sunlight for several hours daily. Clear any obstructions (e.g., leaves, dirt) from the panel surface.
- Motion detection issues: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings within the app. Ensure the camera's field of view is clear of excessive moving objects (e.g., tree branches in strong wind) that might cause false alerts.
- Night vision unclear: Check if the intelligent spotlight is enabled in the app. Ensure there are no reflective surfaces directly in front of the camera that could cause glare.
- Two-way audio distortion: Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection. Reduce background noise in your environment if possible.
- SD card not recording: Check if the SD card is properly inserted and formatted (FAT32). Ensure the card is not full.
