Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery pack. Use only the Gisam quick charger provided with your tool.

  1. Connect the charger to a standard power outlet.
  2. Slide the battery pack onto the charger until it clicks into place.
  3. The charger indicator light will show the charging status. Refer to the charger manual for specific light indications.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the charger.

2. Installing/Removing the Battery Pack

  • To Install: Align the battery pack with the base of the tool handle and slide it in until it locks securely.
  • To Remove: Press the battery release button (see Figure 1) and slide the battery pack out.

3. Attaching/Removing Sockets

  • To Attach: Push the desired 1/2 inch square drive impact socket firmly onto the square chuck until it snaps into place.
  • To Remove: Pull the socket off the square chuck.

Operating Instructions

1. Forward and Reverse Operation

The forward/reverse switch controls the direction of rotation. Ensure the tool is off before changing direction.

  • Forward (Tighten): Push the switch to the right.
  • Reverse (Loosen): Push the switch to the left.
  • Lock: Center the switch to prevent accidental starting.

2. Variable Speed Control

The tool features a variable speed trigger. The harder you pull the trigger, the higher the RPM (Revolutions Per Minute).

3. Smart Control Panel and LED Light

The smart control panel displays the current speed setting and battery charge level. The integrated LED light automatically illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Keep the tool's ventilation openings clean to prevent overheating.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the tool. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Never immerse the tool or battery in water or any other liquid.

Battery Care

  • Store battery packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not store battery packs in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge them periodically.
  • If the battery pack is damaged, do not attempt to repair it. Contact customer support for replacement.

Troubleshooting
