The Benass Pop Up Canopy is designed for easy assembly. It is recommended that two people assist with the initial setup for optimal ease and safety.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

Using Sidewalls:

The three removable sidewalls can be attached or removed as required. They provide additional protection from sun, wind, or for privacy. Attach them using the integrated fastening system on the canopy frame.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Fabric: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
  • Frame Care: Wipe down the alloy steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure the frame is dry before folding and storing.
  • Storage: Store the canopy in its wheeled carry bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections, fabric, and accessories for any signs of damage or wear. Replace any damaged parts immediately.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Difficulty Opening/Closing Frame: Ensure all locking pins are disengaged before attempting to fold or unfold. Apply gentle, even pressure from opposite sides. If the frame is stiff, check for any obstructions or bent components.
  • Canopy Instability: Verify that all legs are fully extended and locked at an even height. Ensure sandbags are filled and securely attached, and wind ropes are properly anchored to the ground. Do not use in high winds.
  • Water Pooling on Canopy Top: Ensure the canopy fabric is taut and evenly distributed over the frame. Adjust leg heights if necessary to create a slight slope for water runoff.
  • Damaged Components: If any part of the frame or fabric is damaged, discontinue use and contact Benass customer support for replacement parts or assistance.
