6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device not charging | Loose cable connection; incompatible cable; charger not powered; device issue. | Ensure all cables are securely connected. Try a different cable. Verify the charger is plugged into a live outlet. Test charging the device with another charger. |
| Slow charging speed | Cable not supporting fast charging; too many devices connected; device not supporting fast charging. | Use the included 240W USB-C cable or another high-quality cable. Disconnect some devices if total power exceeds 300W. Ensure your device supports the fast charging protocol (e.g., PD 3.1). |
| Charger feels warm | Normal operation under load; insufficient ventilation. | It is normal for the charger to generate heat during operation, especially under high load. Ensure adequate airflow around the charger. If it becomes excessively hot or shuts down, disconnect immediately and contact support. |
| Intermittent charging | Faulty cable or port; power fluctuations. | Try a different cable and a different port. Ensure the power outlet is stable. |
