3. Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the Sweetcrispy Video Game Desk Chair is designed to be straightforward. For detailed visual guidance, please refer to the online installation video provided by Sweetcrispy. A paper instruction manual and all necessary accessories are included in the package.

Assembly Steps Overview:
- Attach the casters to the metal base.
- Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center of the base.
- Secure the armrests to the seat cushion.
- Attach the backrest to the seat cushion assembly.
- Mount the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
- Install the retractable footrest mechanism.
- Attach the headrest and lumbar support pillows as desired.

4. Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment:
To adjust the chair's height, locate the 'LIFT' lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up and pull the lever upwards. The chair's height can be adjusted by approximately 3.9 inches (10 cm).
Reclining Function:
The backrest can be reclined from 90° (focused position) to 150° (relaxed position). Use the 'RECLINE' lever, typically found on the left side beneath the seat, to adjust the angle. Release the lever to lock the backrest in your desired position.
Retractable Footrest:
To extend the footrest, pull the handle located beneath the front of the seat. The footrest will slide out. To retract, push it back into its stored position.
Lumbar Support and Headrest Pillows:
The chair includes removable headrest and lumbar support pillows. The lumbar pillow can be adjusted vertically by sliding it along its straps to provide optimal support for your lower back. The headrest pillow provides neck support.

5. Maintenance

- Cleaning the PU Leather: Wipe the PU leather surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and immediately wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material.
- Caster Care: Periodically check the 360° rolling rubber casters for hair, dust, or debris that may impede smooth movement. Clean as necessary.
- Hardware Check: Every few months, inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent wobbling.
- Gas Lift: The 3-stage gas lift is designed for durability. Avoid excessive force when adjusting height.
