4. Setup Instructions
4.1. Physical Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the printer's power port and then plug the power cable into an electrical outlet.
- The power indicator light will illuminate.
4.2. Loading Labels
The printer supports both roll labels and fan-fold labels.
For Roll Labels:
- Open the top cover of the printer.
- Place the roll of thermal labels into the built-in label bin, ensuring the printing side faces upwards.
- Feed the leading edge of the label paper through the paper guide until it is aligned with the print head.
- Close the top cover. The printer will automatically detect and calibrate the label size, feeding out one blank label.
For Fan-Fold Labels:
- Ensure the fan-fold labels are placed behind the printer.
- Feed the leading edge of the fan-fold labels into the rear paper slot, guiding them through to the front.
- Adjust the paper guides to fit the label width.
- The printer will automatically detect and calibrate the label size.

4.3. Driver Installation and Connectivity
The Mvgges ZJ-9250 offers both USB and Bluetooth connectivity. Please refer to the USB drive included in your package for detailed driver installation guides and videos for your specific operating system.
USB Connection (Windows/Mac/Linux/Chrome OS):
- Insert the provided USB drive into your computer.
- Install the appropriate printer driver for your operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Printing a Label
- Ensure the printer is powered on and correctly connected to your device (via USB or Bluetooth).
- Load the appropriate thermal labels into the printer.
- Open the document or application from which you wish to print (e.g., a shipping platform, a PDF viewer, or the dedicated mobile app).
- Select the Mvgges ZJ-9250 printer from your device's print dialogue.
- Adjust print settings such as label size, orientation, and number of copies as needed. The printer supports a maximum print width of 104mm.
- Initiate the print command. The printer will begin printing at a speed of up to 160 mm/s with 203 DPI resolution.
