Important Safety Information

Setup and First Use

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the slow cooker.
  2. Clean: Wash the stoneware crock and glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The stoneware crock and glass lid are dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
  3. Assemble: Place the stoneware crock into the heating base. Position the glass lid securely on top of the stoneware crock.
  4. Placement: Place the slow cooker on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Prepare your ingredients and place them into the stoneware crock.
  2. Place the lid on the crock.
  3. Plug the slow cooker into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
  4. Select your desired cooking function (Defrost, High, Low, or Warm) and set the cooking time.

Defrost Function

The unique defrost function allows you to safely defrost frozen meat before cooking.

  • Press the Defrost button (snowflake icon).
  • Select High or Low temperature setting.
  • Adjust the cooking time using the + and - buttons. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
  • The slow cooker will first defrost the food, then automatically transition to the selected cooking temperature and time. Once cooking is complete, it will switch to the Warm setting.

Care and Maintenance
