- Remove batteries if the camera will not be used for an extended period.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your camera, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Camera does not power on: Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and fully charged. Try using a freshly charged spare battery.
- Images are blurry: Ensure auto-focus is engaged by pressing the shutter button halfway. Check for smudges on the lens and clean if necessary. Ensure sufficient lighting.
- Video sound is over modulated: Access the camera's settings menu to adjust audio input levels. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- SD card error: Ensure the SD card is inserted correctly. Try reformatting the SD card (this will erase all data, so back up first). If the issue persists, try a different compatible SD card.
- Camera freezes: Remove and reinsert the battery to reset the camera.
