Safety Information

Setup
1. Battery Installation
The Cerycose Electric Pruning Shears are compatible with DeWalt 20V batteries (battery not included). Compatible models include DCB200, DCB201, DCB203, DCB204, DCB205, DCB206, DCB230, DCB240, DCB246, DCB248, and DCBP520. To install, slide a fully charged battery into the base of the tool until it clicks securely into place.
2. Initial Power On
After installing the battery, press the power switch. The tool will emit a beep, indicating it is ready for operation. The LCD display will show the battery power level.
3. Blade Adjustment
The pruning shears offer 4 adjustable blade settings for cutting diameters ranging from 22mm to 61mm (approximately 0.8 to 2 inches). Adjust the blade opening according to the thickness of the branches you intend to cut. This versatility allows for efficient pruning of various plant sizes.

To begin cutting, ensure the safety lock is disengaged. Press the trigger 3-4 times quickly to activate the blades. Position the branch between the open blades and press the trigger to make a cut. The brushless motor delivers efficient cuts, capable of cutting branches up to 1.5-2 inches in diameter in approximately 0.5 seconds.
3. LCD Display Information
The integrated LCD display provides real-time information on the battery power level and the total number of cuts performed. This allows for monitoring tool usage and battery status.
4. Applications
These electric pruning shears are suitable for various gardening tasks, including fruit tree pruning, branch pruning, flower pruning, shrub pruning, and bamboo pruning. They can also be used for light wire trimming.
Maintenance
1. Blade Care
