3. Setup and Installation

The WILLED Motion Sensor Night Light offers two convenient installation methods:

3.1 Magnetic Attachment

The night light has a built-in strong magnet. It can be directly attached to any iron or magnetic surface without additional tools.

3.2 Adhesive Iron Sheet Installation

Clean the desired installation surface to ensure it is dry and free of dust.
Peel off the protective film from one side of an adhesive iron sheet.
Firmly press the adhesive side of the iron sheet onto the chosen surface.
Attach the night light magnetically to the installed iron sheet.

This method allows for easy removal of the light for charging while the iron sheet remains in place.

4. Operating Instructions

The WILLED Motion Sensor Night Light features two distinct operating modes, selectable via a switch on the device:

4.1 Motion Sensor Mode

In this mode, the light will automatically turn on when it detects movement in a dark environment (ambient light less than 20 lux).
The light will automatically turn off approximately 20 seconds after no further movement is detected.
Detection Distance: Up to 3 meters (10 feet).
Detection Angle: 120 degrees.
Battery Life: Up to 2 months on a full charge (based on 20 activations per day, 20 seconds each).

4.2 Always-On Mode

In this mode, the light remains continuously on, regardless of motion or ambient light conditions.
Battery Life: Can be used continuously for up to 16 hours on a full charge.

5. Charging Instructions

Your WILLED Motion Sensor Night Light is equipped with a rechargeable battery.

Use the provided 3-in-1 Type-C charging cable to charge up to three night lights simultaneously.
Connect the Type-C end(s) to the charging port(s) on the night light(s) and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
The indicator light on the night light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
A full charge usually takes approximately 2 hours.

6. Maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the night light with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the lights frequently. Recharge them when the brightness noticeably diminishes.
Storage: If storing the lights for an extended period, charge them to approximately 50% and recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Light does not turn on in Motion Sensor Mode.	Insufficient charge; ambient light is too bright; sensor obstructed; faulty sensor.	Charge the light fully. Ensure the environment is dark enough (below 20 lux). Check for obstructions around the sensor. If problem persists, contact support.

Light falls off the wall.	Adhesive not strong enough; surface not clean/smooth; heavy vibration.	Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the adhesive iron sheet. Use a new adhesive sheet if necessary. Consider a more secure mounting method if vibrations are an issue.
Short battery life.	Frequent activation; not fully charged; aging battery.	Ensure the light is fully charged. Reduce activations if possible. If the battery life significantly degrades over time, it may be due to normal battery aging.
