- LCD Display: Shows temperature and timer readings.

5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the main unit.
- Open the battery compartment cover.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off

- Insert the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bone or gristle.
- The current internal temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), press the °C/°F S/S button.
6.3 Setting a Target Temperature (Alarm Function)
This feature allows you to set a desired target temperature. An alarm will sound when the food reaches this temperature.
- While in temperature mode, press the MIN button to increase the target temperature.
- Press the SEC button to decrease the target temperature.
- Once the desired target temperature is set, the thermometer will continuously monitor the food's temperature.
- When the food reaches the target temperature, an audible alarm will sound.
- Press any button to silence the alarm.
6.4 Timer Function
The device can also function as a countdown timer.
- Press the MIN button to set the desired minutes.
- Press the SEC button to set the desired seconds.
- Press the °C/°F S/S button to start the countdown.
- To pause the timer, press the °C/°F S/S button again. Press it once more to resume.
- When the timer reaches zero, an audible alarm will sound.
