1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the BONKZEBU DIDEEP 1L Mini Diving Tank Set. This portable diving system is designed for recreational diving, snorkeling, and emergency backup air. It provides approximately 15 to 20 minutes of underwater breathing time, depending on individual skill and vital capacity. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe operation and proper maintenance of your equipment.
2. Safety Information
Diving is an activity that carries inherent risks. Improper use of this equipment can lead to serious injury or death.
- Training Required: This product is intended for use by individuals who have received proper diving training and certification. Do not use this equipment without adequate training and understanding of diving safety procedures.
- Pressure Limits: The safe working pressure for the diving cylinder must not exceed 20 MPa (200 BAR / 3000 PSI). Overfilling can cause serious damage and injury.
- Gas Exhaustion: It is recommended to exhaust the gas from the tank within 48 hours after filling if not used. Do not store the tank pressurized for extended periods.
- Regular Inspection: Before each use, inspect all components for damage, leaks, or wear. Do not use if any part is compromised.
- Ascent Rate: Always ascend slowly to prevent decompression sickness. Never hold your breath while ascending.
- Depth and Time Limits: Be aware of your depth and time limits. This 1L tank provides limited air supply (approx. 15-20 minutes). Plan your dives accordingly.
- Maintenance: Follow all maintenance instructions to ensure the longevity and safe operation of the equipment.
- Children: Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy.

4. Setup
4.1 Assembling the Regulator and Tank
- Ensure the 1L oxygen cylinder is clean and free of debris.
- Carefully screw the reducer (first stage regulator) onto the top of the oxygen cylinder. Ensure a snug fit to prevent leaks. Do not overtighten.
- Connect the medium-pressure hose from the first stage regulator to the second stage regulator (breather with mouthpiece).
- Attach the diving goggles strap to the goggles if not already assembled.

4.2 Filling the Oxygen Cylinder
The 1L oxygen cylinder can be filled using a high-pressure air pump or by transferring air from a larger diving tank using the provided adapter.
- Using a Large Tank Adapter:
- Connect the large-to-small bottle adapter to a larger diving cylinder.
- Connect the 8mm inflation interface of the 1L tank to the adapter. Ensure the ball-lock design is securely engaged.
- Slowly open the valve on the larger tank to transfer air to the 1L tank. Monitor the pressure gauge on the 1L tank.
- Do not exceed the safe inflation pressure of 20 MPa (200 BAR / 3000 PSI).
- Once filled, close the valve on the larger tank, then disconnect the 1L tank.
- Using a High-Pressure Air Pump (Not included):
- Connect the 1L tank to a compatible high-pressure air pump.
- Pump air into the tank, carefully monitoring the pressure gauge.
- Do not exceed the safe inflation pressure of 20 MPa (200 BAR / 3000 PSI).
- Once filled, disconnect the pump.
Before diving, ensure the main valve control switch on the regulator is open to maintain gas flow.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pre-Dive Check
- Verify the tank is filled to the correct pressure (max 20 MPa).
- Check all connections for tightness and absence of leaks.
- Ensure the mouthpiece is clean and securely attached.
- Confirm the main valve control switch is open.
- Inspect diving goggles for proper seal and strap adjustment.
5.2 Underwater Use
- Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and bite gently on the tabs.
- Breathe normally and calmly. Avoid rapid or shallow breathing to conserve air.
- Continuously monitor the luminous pressure gauge to track your remaining air supply.
- The tank provides approximately 15-20 minutes of breathing time (around 132 breaths at the surface), which varies with depth, activity level, and individual lung capacity.
- If you need to release pressure from the tank, press the top relief valve on the breathing valve.

5.3 Post-Dive Procedures
- After surfacing, close the main valve control switch to prevent any remaining gas from leaking.
- Rinse all equipment thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and chlorine.
- Allow all components to air dry completely before storage.
- It is recommended to exhaust any remaining gas from the tank within 48 hours if it will not be used again soon.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- After each use, rinse the entire diving set with fresh, clean water.
- Pay special attention to the mouthpiece, regulator, and pressure gauge.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the materials.
- Allow all components to air dry completely in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight.
6.2 Storage
- Store the diving set in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Ensure the tank is depressurized before long-term storage.
- The cylinder strap bag can be used for convenient transport and storage.
- For air travel, the cylinder body and pressure reducer can be disassembled after pressure release.

7. Troubleshooting
- Air Leakage:
- Check all connections (regulator to tank, hose to regulator) for tightness.
- Inspect O-rings and rubber seals for damage or wear. Replace if necessary using components from the vulnerable accessories bag.
- Ensure the main valve control switch is fully closed when not in use.
- Difficulty Breathing:
- Check the pressure gauge to ensure sufficient air supply.
- Ensure the main valve control switch is fully open.
- Inspect the mouthpiece and regulator for any obstructions.
- Pressure Gauge Malfunction:
- If the gauge is not displaying correctly, do not use the equipment. Contact support for assistance.
