2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or disposal.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the cooking basket and insert grid with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space around the back and sides, and above the appliance for proper ventilation.

5. Operating Instructions
The GOURMETmaxx Digital Hot Air Fryer features a user-friendly touch screen interface and 10 preset programs.

Basic Operation:
- Prepare Food: Place your food in the cooking basket, ensuring it does not exceed the MAX fill line. For best results, do not overcrowd the basket.
- Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket firmly into the main unit.
- Power On: Press the power icon on the touch screen to turn on the appliance.
- Select Program: Choose one of the 10 preset programs by tapping the corresponding icon (e.g., fries, chicken, fish). The appliance will automatically set the recommended temperature and time.
- Manual Adjustment (Optional): You can manually adjust the temperature (80°C to 200°C) and cooking time (up to 60 minutes) using the temperature and timer adjustment icons.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause icon to begin the cooking process.
- Shaking (Optional): For some foods, shaking the basket halfway through cooking can ensure even browning. The appliance may beep to remind you. Carefully remove the basket, shake, and reinsert.
- Completion: The appliance will beep when the cooking time is complete and automatically shut off.
- Remove Food: Carefully pull out the cooking basket using the cool-touch handle. Use tongs to remove food.

- Automatic Shut-off: The appliance automatically turns off when the timer reaches zero or when the basket is removed during operation.
