1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure the power adapter and cable are kept dry. Do not immerse the adapter in water.
• Always unplug the fountain before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
• This product is for indoor use only.
• Do not allow pets to chew on the power cord. If the cord is damaged, discontinue use immediately.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only original Oneisall parts and accessories.

4. Product Components

Familiarize yourself with the main parts of your Oneisall Cat Water Fountain:

• Water Tank: Transparent reservoir with 2.5L capacity and water level indicators.

5. Assembly and Setup

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Rinse Components: Rinse the water tank, top tray, and pump thoroughly with water. Do not use soap on the pump.
3. Install Filter: Place the multi-layer filter into the filter case. Ensure it is seated correctly.
4. Assemble Pump: Connect the water pump to the tube extending from the top tray. Ensure a secure fit.
5. Place Pump: Position the assembled pump and top tray into the water tank. The pump should be fully submerged when the tank is filled.
6. Fill Water Tank: Fill the water tank with clean water up to the 'Max' line. Do not overfill. The transparent tank and LED light allow easy monitoring of the water level.
7. Connect Power: Plug the USB power cable into the pump and then connect the adapter to a power outlet.

6. Operation

Once assembled and plugged in, the fountain will start circulating water. The pump operates silently (below 30dB), ensuring it does not disturb your pet or your household.

• The fountain provides fresh, flowing water, which is more appealing to cats than stagnant water in a bowl.
• The 2.5L capacity ensures a continuous supply of fresh water for 6-10 days, depending on your cat's consumption and the number of pets.
• Monitor the water level through the transparent tank. Refill when the water level approaches the 'Min' line. The integrated blue LED light makes it easy to check the water level even in low light conditions.

7. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and filter replacement are crucial for maintaining water quality and extending the product's lifespan.

7.1 Cleaning the Fountain

1. Unplug: Always unplug the fountain from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble: Remove the top tray and water pump from the tank.
3. Empty Water: Discard any remaining water from the tank.
4. Clean Components: Wash the water tank and top tray with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
5. Clean Pump: Disassemble the pump (if possible, refer to pump instructions) and clean any debris or hair. Rinse the pump thoroughly with water only. Do not use soap on the pump.
6. Dry: Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembly.

7.2 Filter Replacement

• The multi-layer filter effectively removes hair, dust, impurities, and odors, ensuring clean and fresh water.
• It is recommended to change the filter every 2 to 4 weeks, or more frequently if you have multiple pets or notice reduced water flow/quality.
• To replace, remove the old filter from the filter case and insert a new one.

8. Troubleshooting

• Fountain not working / No water flow:
  • Check if the power adapter is properly plugged into the outlet and the cable is securely connected to the pump.
  • Ensure the water level is above the 'Min' line. The pump needs to be submerged to function.
  • Clean the pump. Hair or debris can clog the pump impeller. Disassemble and clean the pump thoroughly.
  • Prime the pump: If the pump is not drawing water after assembly, try detaching the pump from the tube, submerging it in water, and allowing it to run for a few seconds to expel any trapped air. Then reattach it to the tube while submerged.
• Water flow is weak:
  • Check the water level and refill if necessary.
  • Clean the pump and filter. A clogged filter or pump can reduce water flow.
• Fountain is noisy:
  • Ensure the water level is sufficient. Low water levels can cause the pump to make noise.
  • Clean the pump. Debris in the pump can cause vibrations and noise.
  • Ensure the fountain is placed on a flat, stable surface.
• Water accumulating around the lid / leaking:
  • Ensure the top tray is correctly seated and aligned with the water tank.
  • Check for any cracks or damage to the components.
  • Avoid overfilling the water tank beyond the 'Max' line.
