  2. Adjusting Massage Intensity (Speed): Press the 'Speed' button to cycle through 3 adjustable shiatsu intensity levels (low, medium, high). This controls the speed of the kneading nodes.
  3. Heat Function: Press the 'Heat' button to activate the soothing heat function. There are 2 heat levels: a bright red light indicates high heat, and a dimmer red light indicates low heat. Press again to cycle through levels or turn off the heat.
  4. Massage Modes: The massager offers full back massage (up-and-down kneading) and spot massage (kneading in one area). Use the 'Power/Mode' button to switch between these modes.
