Setup

1. Powering On/Off

  • Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of the device.
  • Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the device. The display will illuminate.
  • To power off, slide the switch to the "OFF" position.

2. Setting the Time

  • Press the SET button briefly. The hour display will begin to flash.
  • Use the + or - buttons to adjust the hour.
  • Press SET again briefly. The minute display will begin to flash.
  • Use the + or - buttons to adjust the minutes.
  • Press SET again briefly. The 12/24-hour format will flash.
  • Use the + or - buttons to select either 12H or 24H format.
  • Press SET one more time to confirm the settings and return to the normal time display.

3. Adjusting Display Brightness

  • The device features a 4-level dimmer for the display and 3 levels for the backlight.
  • Lightly tap the touch-sensitive area on the top of the device to cycle through the brightness levels for the display and backlight.

1. Temperature and Humidity Monitoring

  • Color-Changing Display: The device's backlight color changes dynamically to indicate ambient temperature:
    • Red: > 24 °C (Too Hot)
    • Orange: 20 - 24 °C (Warm)
    • Yellow: 16 - 20 °C (Just Right/Comfortable)
    • Blue: < 16 °C (Too Cold)
  • Facial Expressions: Four distinct facial expressions are displayed to visually communicate the room's temperature status, complementing the color changes.
  • Display Modes: Briefly press the MODE button to cycle through the display modes: Time, Temperature in Celsius, Temperature in Fahrenheit, and Humidity.
  • Temperature Unit Switch: When the temperature is displayed, press and hold the MODE button to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
