Setup

1. Charging the Headlamp

1. Locate the USB charging port on the headlamp.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the headlamp's port.
3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
4. The charging indicator lights on the headlamp will illuminate to show charging progress. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 3 hours of runtime on high brightness.

2. Adjusting the Headband

The headlamp features an adjustable elastic headband made of high-elasticity ABS material. To adjust:

• Place the headlamp on your head.
• Use the adjustable buckles on either side of the headband to tighten or loosen it until it fits comfortably and securely. The headband is adjustable from 11 inches to 22 inches.
• Ensure the headlamp is centered on your forehead for optimal balance and light distribution.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off and Mode Selection

The headlamp features two main buttons for operation: a Key Mode Switch and a Sensor Mode Switch.

• Key Mode Switch: Press this button to cycle through the 6 standard lighting modes:
  1. XPG High (Main LED, 300 lumens)
  2. XPG Low (Main LED)
  3. COB High (Side LEDs)
  4. COB Low (Side LEDs)
  5. Red Light (COB Red LED)
  6. Red Light Emergency Strobe (COB Red LED flashing)
  To turn off the headlamp, continue pressing the Key Mode Switch until the light turns off, or press and hold the button for a few seconds in any mode.
• Sensor Mode Switch: Press this button to activate the inductive sensor mode. Once activated, you can turn the light on or off by waving your hand in front of the headlamp. This mode is particularly useful when your hands are dirty or occupied. Press the Sensor Mode Switch again to deactivate the sensor mode.

2. Angle Adjustment

The headlamp's light unit can be adjusted up to 60 degrees vertically to direct the beam precisely where needed. Simply tilt the light unit up or down to achieve the desired angle.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Wipe the headlamp body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• For the headband, it can be hand-washed with mild soap and water if it becomes dirty. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching to the headlamp or storing.

2. Storage

• Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.

3. Battery Care

• The headlamp uses a non-removable 1200mAh lithium-ion battery.
• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently, as this can reduce its overall lifespan.
• Use only the provided USB cable or a compatible USB charger for recharging.
