3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps for proper assembly of your SANODESK Electric Standing Desk.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Desk Frame: Attach the desk legs to the crossbar according to the detailed installation manual. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
- Attach Desktop: Place the desktop onto the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes in the desktop with the frame. Secure the desktop using the provided screws. Note: A drill may be required for some steps, but is not included.
- Install Control Panel: Mount the 6-button digital control panel to the underside of the desktop in an easily accessible location. Connect the control panel cable to the motor.
- Install Desk Clamp Power Strip: Attach the power strip to the desk surface using the edge mount bracket. Ensure it is securely clamped. Connect the power strip to a wall outlet.
- Organize Cables: Install the under-desk cable management tray. Route all power and data cables through the tray to reduce clutter and ensure safety.



4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Height Adjustment
The desk features an electric height adjustable system. Use the digital control panel to adjust the desk height.
- Press the Up arrow button to raise the desk.
- Press the Down arrow button to lower the desk.
- The desk adjusts smoothly from 28.1" to 45.7" at 0.6" per second.
- Operation is quiet, typically under 50 dB.
4.2 Memory Presets
The 6-button digital controller includes 4 programmable memory presets for your preferred sitting and standing heights.
- Set a Preset: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons. Press the "M" button, then press one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) within 3 seconds. The display will show "S-" followed by the number, indicating the preset is saved.
- Recall a Preset: Press the corresponding numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to automatically move the desk to the saved height.
4.3 Power Strip Usage
The integrated desk clamp power strip provides convenient access to power and charging ports.
- It features 2 USB-A ports (5V/2A) and 3 AC power outlets (125V/1500W).
- Connect your devices directly to the power strip for charging and power.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the desktop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Cable Management: Regularly check and adjust cables in the management tray to ensure they are secure and not pinched.
- Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Motor Care: The electric motor is designed for durability (20,000 lift cycles). No special maintenance is required for the motor itself, but avoid overloading the desk.
