Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your popcorn machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power switch off; power outage. | Ensure appliance is securely plugged into a working outlet; turn power switch to "ON"; check household circuit breaker. |
| Popcorn not popping or very few kernels pop. | Old or dry kernels; too many kernels; machine not preheated (though this model heats quickly). | Use fresh, high-quality popcorn kernels; do not exceed the 100g capacity (one measuring cup); ensure machine is clean. |
| Popcorn burns. | Machine left on too long after popping stops. | Turn off and unplug the machine immediately once popping ceases. |
| Popcorn flies out of the chute before popping. | Too many kernels; machine not level. | Ensure you are using the correct amount of kernels (max 100g); place the machine on a stable, level surface. |
