Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the stainless-steel jug, lid, and disks with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the frother base unit on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from water sources.
- Select Disk: Choose the appropriate disk for your desired preparation:
- Frothing Disk (notched): For creating light or thick foam.
- Mixing Disk (flat): For gently heating milk without frothing, or for mixing hot chocolate.
- Fill Milk: Pour milk into the jug, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the jug. Do not exceed the MAX line for frothing to prevent overflow.
Operating Instructions
- Place Jug: Ensure the jug is correctly placed on the base unit.
- Secure Lid: Place the Tritan lid firmly on the jug.
- Select Program: Turn the backlit control knob to select one of the 6 preset programs:
- Hot Milk
- Hot Froth (Light)
- Hot Froth (Thick)
- Cold Froth (Light)
- Cold Froth (Thick)
- Hot Chocolate
- Start: Press the center of the control knob (START/STOP) to begin the selected program. The light around the knob will illuminate.
- Monitor: The frother will automatically stop when the program is complete.
- Serve: Carefully remove the jug from the base unit and pour the frothed or heated milk into your beverage.
- Stop Mid-Cycle: To stop the program at any time, press the START/STOP button again.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your milk frother.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning and allow it to cool down.
- Jug, Lid, and Disks: These components are removable and should be hand washed only with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Store the frother in a dry place. The extra disk can be stored magnetically on the back of the base unit. Utilize the built-in cord wrap for tidy storage.
