5. Setup and Installation
Before starting, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

Installation Steps:
- Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker controlling the light fixture's power supply and turn it off. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.

- Attach Mounting Bracket: Secure the fixture's mounting bracket (part of the ceiling tray) to the junction box using the provided screws.
- Adjust Hanging Height: Determine the desired hanging height for the linear light. The hanging wires can be adjusted by pressing the release pins on the ceiling tray and sliding the wires to the desired length. Ensure both wires are adjusted to the same length for a level fixture. - Wire Connections: Connect the fixture's wires to the household electrical wires according to standard electrical codes:
- Connect the black fixture wire to the black (hot) household wire.
- Connect the white fixture wire to the white (neutral) household wire.
- Connect the green or bare copper fixture wire to the green or bare copper (ground) household wire.
- Secure Ceiling Tray: Carefully push the wired ceiling tray up to the mounting bracket and secure it with the provided screws.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

6. Operating Instructions

Dimming Function:
