Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to extract fresh citrus juice:

Figure 2: The Ariete Capri Citrus Juicer in action, demonstrating the lever for pressing, the anti-drip spout, and the resulting fresh juice.
- Cut the citrus fruit (oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes) in half.
- Place one half of the fruit onto the appropriate cone.
- Lower the pressing lever firmly onto the fruit. The motor will activate automatically as pressure is applied.
- Maintain pressure until all juice is extracted. The powerful and silent motor ensures efficient juicing.
- Lift the lever to stop the motor.
- Repeat the process for all fruit halves.
- Once juicing is complete, place a glass under the anti-drip spout. Push the spout downwards to release the collected juice.
- After dispensing, push the spout back upwards to close it and prevent further dripping.
Tip: For best results, use fresh, ripe citrus fruits at room temperature.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Ariete Capri Electric Citrus Juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; insufficient pressure on lever. | Ensure the juicer is securely plugged into a working outlet. Apply firm pressure to the lever when juicing. |
| Motor sounds strained or stops. | Too much pressure applied; fruit too hard or large; pulp/seeds clogging filter. | Reduce pressure. Ensure fruit is cut appropriately. Clean the filter if clogged. Allow motor to cool if it overheats. |
| Juice leaks from the spout. | Anti-drip spout is open or not properly sealed. | Ensure the anti-drip spout is pushed fully upwards to the closed position. Check for any debris preventing a proper seal. |
| Excessive pulp in juice. | Filter not properly seated or damaged. | Ensure the filter is correctly placed. Inspect the filter for damage. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
