2. Safety Information

To prevent injury or damage to your device, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Front Camera: For video calls and selfies.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Tablet

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the tablet's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the power adapter.
  3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
  4. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours.

4.2 Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power Button until the URAO logo appears.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button until the power options appear on the screen, then select "Power off."
  • To Restart: Press and hold the Power Button until the power options appear, then select "Restart."

4.3 Initial Setup

Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to configure your tablet:

  1. Select Language: Choose your preferred language.
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
  3. Google Account: Sign in with an existing Google account or create a new one. This is necessary for downloading apps from Google Play.
  4. Date & Time: Set the correct date and time.
  5. Parental Controls: You will be guided through setting up initial parental controls. Refer to Section 6 for more details.

4.4 Inserting a Micro SD Card

To expand storage, you can insert a Micro SD card (not included).

  1. Locate the TF Card Port on the side of the tablet (refer to Image 3.1).
  2. Carefully insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place.
  3. The tablet will detect the card and prompt you to format it for use. Follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Operating the Tablet

5.1 Basic Navigation

  • Tap: Select an item.
  • Touch and Hold: Access contextual menus or move icons.
  • Swipe: Scroll through screens or lists.
  • Pinch: Zoom in or out on images and web pages.

5.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
  2. Toggle Wi-Fi On.
