Troubleshooting

• No visible changes after cleaning smooth-skinned fruits/vegetables:
  • This is normal. Harmful substances have been broken down even if no visible changes are apparent.
• Water appears cloudy or foamy when cleaning leafy greens, grapes, nectarines, waxed fruits, or items with higher levels of harmful substances:
  • This is expected. The electrolyzed water generates hydroxyl radicals and microbubbles that oxidize and remove harmful substances, fruit wax, and impurities. It reacts with natural ingredients in food such as saponins, proteins, and fruit wax to form foam.
