Operating Instructions
Power On/Off

Volume Control
The headset features two independent volume wheels. The primary wheel typically controls overall game audio volume. The secondary wheel can be customized via the Swarm II app, but often controls game/chat mix or mic monitoring by default.

The uni-directional microphone features a convenient flip-to-mute function. Simply flip the microphone boom arm upwards to mute your mic. Flip it back down to unmute.
CrossPlay Switching
To switch between your Xbox and PC connection (if both transmitters are connected), press the dedicated CrossPlay button on the headset. This allows seamless transition between platforms.
Mode Button Functions
The Mode button's function can be remapped using the Swarm II app. Default functions may include cycling through EQ presets or activating Superhuman Hearing. Refer to the Swarm II app for current assignments and customization options.
Swarm II App Customization
Utilize the Swarm II app to fine-tune your audio experience. You can:
- Adjust the 10-band audio equalizer to create custom sound profiles.
- Modify microphone settings, including noise gate, sensitivity, and monitoring levels.
- Remap the functions of the wheel and mode button.
- Activate and adjust Advanced Superhuman Hearing.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your headset, use a soft, dry cloth. For ear cushions, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, but ensure they are completely dry before use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Storage
When not in use, store your headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The lay-flat design allows for convenient storage. Avoid placing heavy objects on the headset.
Battery Care
To maximize battery lifespan, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not completely depleted. If storing for an extended period, charge the headset to approximately 50% before storage.
