Troubleshooting

1. No Sound or Disconnection

Ensure the Base Station is properly connected to your gaming system and receiving power. Verify the platform switch on the Base Station is set to the correct console (PC/PS/Xbox). Check the headset's power switch and battery level. If issues persist, try resetting the headset and Base Station by unplugging and replugging them.

2. Microphone Issues

Confirm the microphone is flipped down to unmute. Check microphone settings within your gaming system's audio preferences and Logitech G HUB software. Ensure the microphone is not accidentally muted via the headset's controls.

3. Low Volume Output

Adjust the volume wheel on the headset. Check the volume levels within your gaming system's audio settings and Logitech G HUB. Some users report needing to boost volume levels in software for optimal output.

4. Software Compatibility

Ensure you are using the latest version of Logitech G HUB software. If experiencing issues with button remapping or settings not applying, verify software compatibility with your operating system and headset firmware.
