Important Safeguards

  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, drapes, walls, and the like, when in operation.

  • Do not place cooking utensils or baking dishes on the heating elements.

Initial Setup

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, promotional labels, and tape from the unit.
  2. Clean: Wash the sheet pans, wire racks, air fry basket, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the oven on a clean, dry, level surface, ensuring at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clearance from the wall and on all sides for proper air circulation. Do not place anything on top of the oven.
  4. First Use Burn-In: It is recommended to run the oven empty for 20 minutes on the "Air Roast" function at 400°F (200°C) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Some smoke and odor are normal during this initial use.

  • TOP/BOTTOM Buttons: Select which oven (top or bottom) you wish to program.
  • Function Buttons: Select from 12 cooking functions.
  • TEMP/TIME/SLICES Buttons: Adjust temperature, cooking time, or toast shade/slices.
  • Control Dial: Turn to adjust values (temperature, time, slices) and press to confirm selection.
  • START/STOP Button: Begin or end a cooking cycle.
  • POWER Button: Turn the appliance on or off.
  • LIGHT Button: Turn the interior oven light on or off.

General Cooking Steps

  1. Power On: Press the POWER button to turn on the oven.
  2. Select Oven: Press the TOP or BOTTOM button to select the desired oven compartment.
  3. Choose Function: Use the function buttons to select your desired cooking mode (e.g., Air Fry, Bake).
  4. Set Temperature: Press the TEMP button, then turn the control dial to adjust the temperature. Press the dial to confirm.
  5. Set Time: Press the TIME button, then turn the control dial to adjust the cooking time. Press the dial to confirm.
  6. Start Cooking: Press the START/STOP button to begin cooking.
  7. Monitor Progress: The display will show the remaining cooking time. You can press the LIGHT button to view food inside.
  8. End Cooking: The oven will beep when cooking is complete. Press START/STOP to end the cycle manually at any time.

FlexDoor™

The FlexDoor design allows you to open only the top oven for quick access to snacks or appetizers, or open the entire door to access both the top and bottom ovens for larger meals. This design helps to minimize heat loss when only one compartment is in use.

Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Crumb Tray: Remove the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven and discard any crumbs. Wash the tray in warm, soapy water or place it in the dishwasher.
  3. Sheet Pans, Wire Racks, Air Fry Basket: These accessories should be hand-washed in warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or materials, as they may damage the non-stick coating or finish. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
