4. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps to install your Garwarm Caged Ceiling Fan. It is recommended to have a qualified electrician perform the installation if you are unsure.
4.1 Pre-Installation Check
- Ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker.
- Confirm all parts listed in the 'Package Contents' section are present.
- Prepare necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, drill, etc.).
4.2 Assembling the Fan
- Fix the round bottom cover onto the fan housing using screw nuts and tighten them with a wrench.
- Install the E26 base bulbs (not included) into the sockets.
4.3 Mounting the Fan
- Fix the hanging bracket onto the ceiling. The choice of screws should be based on the actual ceiling condition to ensure secure mounting.
- Hang the 'S' hook to the hanging bracket, then hang the lamp onto the hook. This provides support while connecting the power lines.
- While ensuring the power is off, connect the live wire (L) and the neutral wire (N) of the lamp to the live wire (L) and the neutral wire (N) of the power cable accordingly. Use wire nuts to secure connections.
- Carefully tuck the wires into the junction box and secure the fan to the hanging bracket.

5. Operating Instructions
Your Garwarm ceiling fan can be operated using the included remote control or a dedicated smartphone application.
5.1 Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows you to manage all fan and light functions:
- Power On/Off: Turns the fan and light on or off.
- Light On/Off: Controls the light independently.
- Fan Speed: Adjusts between 6 wind speed levels (1-6).
- Timer Settings: Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.
- Reversible Motor: Switches between forward (corotation) and reverse (reversal) rotation for summer and winter modes.
5.2 App Control
The fan can also be controlled via a smartphone application. Refer to the manual for QR code to download the app and pairing instructions.
- The app provides similar controls to the remote, including fan speed, light control, and timer settings.
- Note: Remote and app control cannot achieve infinite dimming. The fan is not compatible with smart home devices.
