4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two people. Please follow the step-by-step instructions and diagrams provided in the separate assembly guide included with your product. Ensure you have the necessary tools (usually a screwdriver) before starting.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Identify Parts: Match each component to the corresponding labels in the assembly guide.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the side panels, back panel, and top/bottom panels according to the diagrams. Secure with the provided fasteners.
- Install Drawer Glides: Attach the drawer glides to the cabinet frame and the drawer boxes. Ensure they are aligned correctly for smooth operation.
- Assemble Drawers: Construct the drawer boxes and attach the front panels and handles.
- Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers onto the glides.
- Attach Wheels: Secure the 360° swivel wheels to the bottom of the cabinet. Ensure the two lockable wheels are positioned at the front for easy access.
- Final Checks: Verify all fasteners are tight and the cabinet is stable.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Using the Drawers
The cabinet features two drawers designed for organizing documents. The top drawer is equipped with a lock for securing sensitive items.

5.2 File Organization
The drawers are equipped with adjustable rails to accommodate both A4 and Letter-sized hanging files. To adjust the rails:
- Empty the drawer of any files.
- Locate the rail adjustment points inside the drawer.
- Reposition the rails to the desired width for A4 or Letter format.

5.3 Locking Mechanism
The top drawer features a lock to secure its contents. Insert the key into the lock and turn it to lock or unlock the drawer. Ensure the drawer is fully closed before attempting to lock it.
5.4 Moving the Cabinet
The cabinet is equipped with four 360° swivel wheels for easy movement. Two of these wheels are lockable. To move the cabinet, unlock the wheels. To secure the cabinet in a stationary position, press down on the locking levers on the two lockable wheels until they click into place.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
The cabinet is made from E1 class MDF with a durable, water-resistant, and scratch-resistant veneer, making it easy to clean.
- Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish.
- Promptly wipe up any spills to prevent water damage.

6.2 General Care

- Lubricate drawer glides if they become stiff, using a silicone-based lubricant.

7. Troubleshooting
