1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation of your AOTIQUAL XY-CTW01 3-in-1 Carbon Monoxide Detector. This device is designed to monitor carbon monoxide (CO) concentration, temperature, and humidity in your environment. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Information
Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that can be fatal. This detector is designed to alert you to the presence of CO gas, but it is not a substitute for proper maintenance of fuel-burning appliances or ventilation systems.
General Safety Guidelines:
- Ensure the device is plugged into a functional AC outlet (90-240V).
- Do not block the air inlet or speaker of the detector.
- Regularly test the detector as instructed in this manual.
- Familiarize yourself with the alarm sounds and indicators.
- In case of an alarm, immediately move to fresh air and contact emergency services.
Recommended Placement:
For optimal protection, install a detector on each level of your home, including bedrooms, kitchens, garages, and living areas with fireplaces. Consider placing it above doors or at an upper level, as CO tends to rise.
3. Product Overview
The AOTIQUAL XY-CTW01 is a versatile 3-in-1 device combining a carbon monoxide detector with temperature and humidity sensors. It features a clear LCD display and multi-color LED indicators for easy monitoring.
Key Features:
- 3-in-1 Functionality: Detects CO concentration, displays ambient temperature, and humidity.
- Advanced Sensors: Equipped with electrochemical CO sensors and dedicated temperature/humidity sensors for accurate readings.
- Clear LCD Display: High-definition color screen shows CO concentration (0-999ppm), temperature (34-212°F), and humidity (0-99% RH) simultaneously.
- Multi-Color LED Indicators: Visual cues for Fault (Yellow), Alarm (Red), and Monitoring Status (Green).
- Loud Alarm: Emits an ≥85dB alarm when CO levels exceed safe thresholds.
- Plug-and-Play Design: Directly plugs into AC outlets (90-240V) for easy installation.
- Compact and Portable: Suitable for various indoor environments, including homes, hotels, and caravans.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the detector from its packaging.
- Remove Screen Protector: Peel off the factory-configured screen protection film for a clearer display.
- Plug In: Insert the detector directly into a standard AC electrical outlet (90-240V).
- Initial Self-Test: Upon power-on, the detector will sound an alarm, and all lights will flash three times. The screen will light up to show "8888" and icon content. This is a self-test sequence.
- Countdown: After the initial self-test, the device will enter a 1-minute ready time, displaying a countdown.
- Monitoring State: Once the countdown finishes, the green light will flash, and the screen will show real-time readings. The device is now in hibernation detection state and actively monitoring.

5. Operating Instructions
Reading the Display:
- The top large number indicates the current Carbon Monoxide (CO) concentration in PPM (Parts Per Million).
- The bottom left number shows the ambient temperature in degrees Fahrenheit (°F).
- The bottom right number displays the relative humidity (RH%).

Testing the Alarm:
To test the alarm function, press the 'TEST' button located on the front of the device. The alarm will sound, and the red indicator light will flash. This confirms the alarm is working correctly.
Mute Function:
In case of a CO alarm, you can press the 'TEST' button to temporarily mute the buzzer. However, for safety reasons, if the CO concentration continues to exceed dangerous levels, the alarm sound will reactivate after 6 minutes.

6. Alarm Information
The detector provides both audible and visual warnings when CO levels reach hazardous concentrations. The alarm triggering time shortens as the PPM value increases.
CO Concentration Alarm Thresholds:
- 70 PPM (±5): Alarm sounds within 60-240 minutes.
- 150 PPM (±5): Alarm sounds within 10-50 minutes.
- 400 PPM (±10): Alarm sounds within 1 minute.
- 450 PPM: Immediate alarm.
When an alarm is triggered, the device will emit a loud ≥85 dB sound, and the red indicator light will flash.

7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your AOTIQUAL Carbon Monoxide Detector, follow these simple maintenance steps:
- Regular Cleaning: Gently wipe the exterior of the detector with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents.
- Keep Air Inlets Clear: Ensure that the air inlets on the device are not obstructed by dust, debris, or other objects.
- Monthly Testing: Press the 'TEST' button monthly to verify the alarm function.
- Avoid Harsh Environments: Do not expose the detector to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct water contact.
8. Troubleshooting
If the yellow "FAULT" indicator light illuminates, it suggests a potential issue with the detector.
- No Display/Power: Ensure the device is securely plugged into a live AC outlet. Check the power supply to the outlet.
- False Alarms: Ensure the detector is not placed near sources of combustion, high humidity, or strong air currents that could interfere with readings.
- Persistent Fault Indicator: If the fault indicator remains on after checking the power and environment, the device may require service.
For any problems not resolved by these steps, please refer to the "Warranty and Support" section for contact information.
