4. Setup
- Unpack the heating pad and its remote control from the packaging.
- Connect the remote control cable securely to the heating pad's safety connector. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Plug the power cord of the remote control into a standard electrical outlet.
- Position the heating pad on your neck and shoulders, or other desired body area. Use the snap fastener to secure it if needed.
5. Operating Instructions
The heating pad is operated using the detachable remote control.

Power On/Off
- Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control to turn the heating pad on or off. The LED display will illuminate when powered on.
Adjusting Heat Settings
- The heating pad offers 10 temperature settings, ranging from 113°F (45°C) to 158°F (70°C).
- Use the temperature adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) on the remote control to select your desired heat level (1-10). The selected level will be shown on the LED display.
Setting the Auto-Off Timer
- The heating pad includes 3 auto shut-off timer options: 45, 90, and 120 minutes.
- Press the timer button on the remote control to cycle through the available timer settings. The selected time will be indicated on the LED display.
- The heating pad will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.

Cleaning Instructions

- NOTE: The hand control unit cannot be immersed in water. Do not attempt to wash the remote control.
